Bario White Rice
Located 1000m above sea level of Kelabit Highlands in the northeastern center of mountainous region of Miri Sarawak. The Kelabit tribe is among Borneo's best rice farmers mainly growing Bario Rice and is the pride of Sarawak. It has been labelled as Geographical Indications of Sarawak. Bario Rice is a pure marble white small grain with a distinguished taste derived from the cool and natural environment of Bario Highlands. The rice is aromatic with soft and slightly sticky texture when cooked.
巴里奥白米
巴里奥白米种植于海拔1000米的Kelabit 高原，位于砂拉越美里山区的东北部。高原上的 Kelabit 部落是婆罗洲最好的稻农之一，主要种植巴里奥稻米，这个特点也成了砂拉越人的骄傲，同时被标记为砂拉越的地理标志。巴里奥米的外形犹如纯大理石般的白色小谷粒，其独特迷人的风味，源自巴里奥高原凉快且天然的环境。米粒煮熟后，芳香四溢，柔软且略带粘性，吃过的人都赞不绝口。
Beras Putih Bario
Terletak 1000m dari permukaan laut Kelabit di bahagian timur laut kawasan pergunungan Miri Sarawak. Suku kaum Kelabit adalah di antara penanam padi terbaik Borneo yang menanam padi Bario dan menjadi kebanggaan di negeri Sarawak dan telah di labelkan sebagai petunjuk geografi negeri Sarawak. Beras Bario adalah bijirin kecil putih marmar tulen dengan rasa tersendiri yang berasal dari persekitaran alam semula jadi yang sejuk. Rasanya lembut dan wangi dengan tekstur yang melekit selepas dimasak.
